Registered Travel Business

Valid business license or registration as a travel agency, tour operator, or travel advisor.

Professional Credentials

IATA, CLIA, or equivalent accreditation preferred but not required. Host agency affiliations accepted.

Business References

Minimum 1 year in business (exceptions made for experienced advisors starting new agencies).

Client Base

Active client base or marketing plan demonstrating ability to generate bookings.

What documents do I need to apply for partnership?

Required documents: Business registration/trade license (copy), IATA/CLIA/host agency credentials if applicable (preferred but not mandatory), Business profile (company website, social media, or marketing materials), Reference from one supplier or industry contact (for new agencies). Documents can be uploaded during application or emailed to partnerships@igholidaz.com after initial submission.

How long does the approval process take?

Typical timeline: Application review: 1-2 business days, Verification of credentials: 1-2 business days, Partnership agreement sent: Same day after approval, Portal access: Within 24 hours of signed agreement. Total time from application to booking: 3-5 business days on average. Expedited review available for established agencies (1-2 days total) - email partnerships@igholidaz.com.

Is there a fee to become a partner?

No partnership fees. No membership fees. No annual fees. No per-booking fees. No portal access fees. The partnership is 100% free. You only pay the net wholesale rate for services you book for clients. We make money when you make money - that's it.

Do I need to commit to a minimum number of bookings?

No minimum booking commitments required. You can book as much or as little as your clients demand. However, volume bonuses kick in at 50+ passengers annually. To qualify for Elite Partner status (17-18% commission), we look for 100+ pax/year. But there's no penalty for low volume - you can book 1 trip a year if that's what your business needs.

Can individual travel advisors (not agency owners) apply?

Yes! Individual travel advisors affiliated with host agencies can apply. Requirements: Proof of affiliation with host agency (letter or contract), Host agency must approve your independent contractor DMC partnerships, You must have your own clients (not booking on behalf of host agency). Independent contractors receive same rates and portal access as agency owners.

What if I'm a new travel agency with no booking history?

We welcome new agencies! Requirements for new agencies (less than 1 year old): Valid business registration, Professional background in travel industry (experience as advisor, worked at agency, etc.), Marketing plan or client acquisition strategy. All bookings require advance payment to confirm services. After 5 successful bookings, you unlock better nett rates and full partner benefits.

Do you accept international travel agents outside India, UK, and US?

Yes, we work with travel agents worldwide! Active agent partnerships in: India, UK, USA, Canada, Europe (all countries), Australia, New Zealand, Middle East, Singapore, Hong Kong, Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, Argentina). Only requirement: Ability to communicate in English for booking coordination. Payment via international wire transfer or PayPal.

What happens after I submit the application?

Timeline after submission: Within 24 hours: Email confirmation that we received your application. Within 2-3 days: Partnerships team contacts you (email/phone) to discuss your business and answer questions. Within 3 days: Approval decision communicated. If approved: Partnership agreement sent for digital signature. Within 24h of signature: Agent portal login credentials emailed, rate sheets provided, onboarding training call scheduled. Then: Start booking immediately!

Can I offer both your packages and my own custom itineraries?

Absolutely! Many partners do exactly this. Use our ready-made packages: For clients who want easy, proven itineraries. Use our FIT customization: To build unique itineraries with net component pricing. Mix and match: Use our packages as base, then customize with add-ons. You have complete flexibility in how you use our DMC services. Build your own brand and offerings - we're invisible to your clients.

What support do you provide to new partners?

New partner onboarding includes: 30-minute live training webinar (portal walkthrough, booking process), Dedicated onboarding specialist for first 30 days, Email/WhatsApp support with 4-6 hour response time, Video tutorial library (how to book, customize, manage clients), Destination knowledge guides for all 28 destinations, Sales tips and closing strategies guide, Marketing material templates (emails, social posts, brochures). After onboarding: ongoing support via email, portal help center, and WhatsApp.
