INDO GLOBAL HOLIDAZ PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:
Cancellations will be considered basis on the travel product booked and its subsequent payment policy. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process.
INDO GLOBAL HOLIDAZ PRIVATE LIMITED does not accept cancellation requests for non refundable items. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes if it was a genuine reason and the booked package supports that. This also depends on the end supplier/vendor/operator and in no case makes Indo Global Holidaz Pvt Ltd liable to refund. It depends completly on supplier's discretion.
In case of any challenged, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the team has checked and determined the same at their own end. This should be reported within 1-2 day of suche experience. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
In case of any Refunds approved by the INDO GLOBAL HOLIDAZ PRIVATE LIMITED, it’ll take 15-30 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
